Live from Daryl's House has become one of my favorite web series. It's how I got into Fitz and The Tantrums and most recently Mayer Hawthorne. I've been a Hall and Oates fan since I can remember. There as iconic to Philly as South Street, The Magic Garden and The Roots. I love how he showcases old favorites and new bands, I may or may not have heard of. I'm not the only one who loves this show, it's now on CBS in Philly on Saturday afternoons. (Check your local listings) For this weeks Funky Friday, here's L.F.D.H w/ Mayer Hawthorne.
